Born in San Antonio, Texas Vandal grew up as a quiet young child. He would mostly keep to himself and avoid trying to fit into groups. He was an innate outsider. A child with no real friends, then when his parents separated and his father moved to California, he would move back and forth Vandal had no real place to call home. But something was brewing inside the quiet young man, a beast that was one day going to be unleashed.

At about the age of 14, creating music as a means to artistically express himself began to pique the interest of Vandal. He started using a platform called Audacity to make music. At this time, he was dropping music on SoundCloud although he wasn't 100% serious about music yet. But everything changed when he finally made his way into a professional recording studio...
After a session in a professional studio, Vandal fell in love and knew that a career in music was his destiny. The beast, the fire, the drive, and the passion were fully awakened. From that moment Vandal has been putting his all into his craft. When asked what motivates him as an artist he said, "The process of constantly evolving. Every time I make a song that sounds better than the last, its like I get a high from it." "Also, my family and friends", He continues, "support and understand my vision. And I always think about what I can do for others."
